Position overview
Working with Argo Logic, I was responsible for designing optimal user flows for the insurance company Adica. In doing so, I used Figma and UI design to create a streamlined user flows for Toyota, Qikio, and PowerTorque. These flows effectively visualized the claim and lodgment procedures, quote and bind processes, and were designed to be customer-facing for a superior user experience.
